What to Expect from the 1:1 in-person Program

An 8-week transformational journey

Consisting of 6 personalized sessions.

In the first session, we will discuss your situation and craft your action plan together; this session generally takes up to 90 minutes.

Subsequent sessions typically range from 50 to 75 minutes, depending on the specific focus.

A Summary of each session

Feel free to take notes and use your own words during our sessions.

You will also receive a summary from me within 24 hours of the session.

A Dynamic Approach

Movement is life!

An active program incorporating evidence-based practices, traditional yoga, somatics, and coaching. 

Manual techniques may be also necessary in some cases. 

Personalized support

In each session, you will learn more about you, your body and how you can apply all that in your daily life.

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions are available at your home or in the natural surroundings of Fuengirola, specifically in the areas of Castillo, Myramar, Centro, and Los Boliches.
If you're based in other nearby areas or cities, please feel free to contact me, and we can explore options. Keep in mind that sessions in other areas may involve an additional fee due to the increased transportation time.

When does the program start? 

Your program officially begins on the day of your first session, which you can conveniently book in advance through the website. 
Subsequent session scheduling will be discussed together, at the end of each meeting.

What is the cancellation policy?

What’s the difference between the in-person and the online program?

Both versions are centered around movement and active techniques. 
In-Person Program:
  • Requires travel to the designated locations.
  • Provides a session summary after each session.
  • Hands-on manual therapy can also be applied if needed.
Online Program:
  • Can be conducted from anywhere in the world.
  • You have the choice between receiving a recording or a summary after each session.
