What's Included in the 1:1 Online Program
An 8-week transformational journey
Consisting of 6 personalized sessions.
In the first session, we will discuss your situation and craft your action plan together; this session generally takes up to 90 minutes.
Subsequent sessions typically range from 50 to 75 minutes, depending on the specific focus.
Summary or Recording
You have two choices: receive a recording or a PDF summary within 24 hours of the session, whichever suits you better.
A Dynamic Approach

Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet or Whereby. You'll receive a meeting link before each scheduled session.
When does the program start?
Your program officially begins on the day of your first session: you choose the date when purchasing the program through the website. Subsequent session scheduling will be discussed together, at the end of each meeting.
