Conscious and healthy movement and body-based sessions for you to enjoy being part a a community. What? "CreActive": a dynamic blend of yoga, Pilates, physiotherapy, and somatic education." "Back2Back": an active and dansing approach to dealing with chronic back pain. "Beyond Asana": embrace traditional yoga and its principles, in a respectful way. "Holistic Gym": experience a unique French somatic education system that connects mind, body, and soul with creativity and playfulness. All the workshops will include health education and promotion, disease prevention, and coaching techniques. Who Are These Workshops For? > Whether you want to explore your body under professional guidance, discover new ways of moving, or are dealing with chronic pain that hasn't responded to other methods. > If you're in the rehabilitation phase after an injury, medical intervention, or postpartum experience. > And if you simply want to be part of a community of like-minded people, interested in self-exploration. Where? > In-person: Fuengirola, in the beauty of nature (beach or park), or in a closed location. > Online: perfect if you want to join from anywhere else in the world, prefer the comfort of your own house, and need the flexibility to fit into your (busy) schedule. Cancellation Policy
