Frequently Asked Questions

Where are the workshops taking place?

The workshops are conducted both online and in person in the Costa del Sol area. ​
Online workshops are conducted via Google Meet or other similar platforms. You'll receive a meeting link before each scheduled session.
In-person workshops can take place in natural settings or in specific spaces. Detailed location information will be available on my website.

Do I need any special materials for the workshops?

The required materials may vary depending on the specific workshop, but I always keep it simple and accesible.
For both online and in-person sessions, a mat, a notebook, and a pencil are generally sufficient. Sometimes, you might need a chair or a wall, which we all have.
In the case of in-person workshops, you may also need a book or a belt or scarf. If special materials is required, I'll bring it with me.

What is the cancellation policy?

What's the difference between online and in-person workshops?

Both versions are centered around collective learning, fostering body awareness, and cultivating a positive mindset. In both settings, you have the opportunity to engage with fellow participants (and with me as your instructor, of course) and receive constant feedback,

In the case of Online Workshops, you can participate from the comfort of your own space, and from anywhere in the world.

In-Person Workshops you need to travel to specific locations. In this case, movements that required contact between two or more people can be practiced.
